As mentioned in the Video above, Ygrene provides qualifying residential and commercial property owners an effective solution to financing energy-efficient and renewable energy upgrades.  The program is a leading Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) provider.  With low fixed rates, no upfront costs, and no prepayment penalties, property owners may receive 100% financing based on primarily home equity and their ability to pay.

The program is not a loan. Instead, PACE programs ensure that financing is repaid via an assessment on the tax on your property at the end of each year.  Payment may be spread out over 20 years with interest rates are as low as 7%.  Essentially, it’s as if the property is borrowing the loan, not the property owner.

The organization has successfully verified our credentials such as licensing and insurance and has performed a business background check.  Modtek Roofing provides workmanship and material warranties to property owners.  As a certified TAMKO PRO Contractor, property owners may also qualify for additional protection with the Mastercraft Limited Warranty Enhancement at no extra cost.

Additionally, Ygrene ensures contract accountability.  For example, Modtek Roofing won’t receive compensation for a roofing project unless the property owner has signed off agreeing to complete project satisfaction.  The org/certified-pro-roofing-contractor-modtek-roofing-vero-beach-ft-pierce/anization also reviews the roofer’s quote to ensure that the guidelines for energy-efficient, hurricane protection, and renewable energy are met.
