Roof Financing Alternative with Foundation Finance

It’s been a couple of years since our partnership began, but considering how our latest article had such great reviews, we thought we’d also share the benefits of this roof financing program.
Do you have a credit score of 575 or above and need help financing a new roof or roof repair?
Then Foundation Finance Company (FCC) may be the way to go! FCC offers various loan programs to meet all your home improvement needs. Traditional banks generally require Foundation Finance Company (FCC) to utilize existing equity or refinance the home to secure a loan. However, with FCC such measures are not required.
Available Programs:
Revolving Line of Credit
- Low 1.5-2% monthly payment factor. (For example a $3000 loan would result in a monthly payment of $60
- Loan amounts up to $50,000
- Fixed interest rates
- No prepayment penalties
- Terms up to 120 Months
Installment Loans
- No interest, same-as-cash financing
- Loan amounts up to $5,000
- If customer accounts are in good standing then they may “add-on” additional products or services
- No prepayment penalties
- Terms range from 6-18 months
- Fixed interest rates if the loan is not paid within the original term
How the Application Process Works from Start to Finish
- 1- Fill out a credit application through their online portal, by phone, fax or email.
- 2- Complete loan documents and sign electronically, or print and provide the hard copy signature. If hard copies were signed, then upload the documents via the online portal, email, or fax it to the company.
- 3- FCC will contact our customers within 24 hours to verify customer information and confirm loan terms.
- 4- Once approved FCC will contact Modtek Roofing to confirm that your roofing project is financed and ready to begin installation.
- 5- Once the project is completed, a Modtek Roof Consultant will provide the customer with a certificate of completion to submit to FCC.
- 6- FCC will then provide final compensation to Modtek.
