A new residential roofing client in Malabar, FL to re-install the most beautiful brastile clay tile roof

The clay tile was delivered from Brazil by one of our most trusted parters in the roofing industry; Terracotagres. Modtek’s roof project managers worked closely with the customer to pick the tile color that would best match the exterior of the customer’s home. The tile roof was completed in 10 days as requested by the customer.

Scope of Work:

Remove existing roof to the plywood deck and inspect before re-nailing to code.
Furnish and install peal stick underlayment.
Furnish and install new galvalume eave drip, valley, and flash side with metals.
Manufacture and install chimney cricket to divert water away from the backside of the chimney.
Remove and replace two large off ridge vents.
Furnish and install with stainless steel screws the clay tile roofing system.
Furnish a five year weather-tightness warranty.
